| WEEK OFF: 2 Days week off (Rotational)
| REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be fluent in English

[ HIRING NOW]

(1) CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE (HYBRID SET UP):

• This position will require candidates to work on-site for the first six months.
• After six months, remote work may be considered based on performance.

[ JOB DESCRIPTION]
| Answer incoming communications from customers
| Connect and resolve issue with customers using written communication.

[ SALARY]

• ON-SITE: CTC ranging from INR 23,200 to INR 32,000, plus an additional INR 6,000 housing allowance +
Incentives + Night Shift Allowance + Subsidized Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Other
Employee Benefits.
• REMOTE: The INR 6,000 housing allowance will no longer apply upon transitioning to remote work.

(2) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE (ON-SITE SETUP)

• This role is entirely on-site.

| Answer incoming communications from customers via email and chat


| Connect and resolve issues with customers using email and chat
| In certain cases, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers

[ SALARY] CTC ranging from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000, based on experience and last drawn salary + Incentives +
Night Shift Allowance + Subsidized Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Other Employee Benefits.

[MONTH OF JOINING ] –January- February- 2025

[ QUALIFICATION REQUIRED ]: Minimum 12thStandard / Any Stream / Any Stream Graduate / Post Graduate

[ SKILLS REQUIRED ]

| Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 25 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)
| Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and written)
| Flexible to work in rotational shifts & Night Shift
