CONFERENCE CODE OF CONDUCT AND REGULATIONS


1. Delegates must not withdraw until the President declares the conference closed.
2. Registration is compulsory for all delegates and feeding is met for only registered
persons
3. Movement is strictly restricted when ever break, rest or meal time is over
4. No delegate is allowed to leave the premises to go and sleep elsewhere.
5. No male is allowed to go to female hostel or apartment, likewise the female
6. No littering of the premises is allowed. All refuge must be disposed properly.
7. All delegates is expected to dress decently, no wearing of handless, mini skirt, boys
wearing earrings, shorts, girls wearing trousers, girls wearing only bra, transparent
cloths in the conference ground.
8. No stealing act shall be condoled.
9. Keep your properties safe, as you are the chief security of yourself and properties.
10. Do not disturb others, most especially when is time for light out.
11. No delegate must be found fighting or quarrelling. If you have any
misunderstanding, please report to the ushers or any of the L. O. C Members.

12. Anybody that chooses to ask question during any session, must do that by raising up
his/her hand.
13. Lost and found items must be reported to the L.O.C.
14. No delegate is permitted to go to the kitchen to seek for food by himself/herself. The
sister Forum Coordinator or any other appointed authority should go for that.
15. There must be no noise or side talk during any session.
