NBL Green PIN Manual


Summary
We are happy to inform you that NBL has successfully introduced Green PIN service for our valued Credit Cardholders to save
the environment. From now on, valued cardholders can enjoy the following services visiting to our portal
(https://greenpin.nblbd.com) under NBL website (www.nblbd.com) from anywhere, anytime.

Services:
A. Activation of New or Re-issued Credit Card with New PIN.
B. Change of existing PIN (It is must to have your existing PIN)
C. Re-issue of PIN (Existing PIN is NOT required)
Criteria for Desired PIN Combination:
o Card MUST be in Active status.
o Desired PIN MUST be Numeric 04 (Four) digits.
o Do not use First digit “0 (Zero)” in your desired PIN.

A. Process flow of activation of New or Re-issued Credit Card with New PIN.

Step-A.01
To avail the above services, please Click on the Green PIN Icon in the Right side of our web-site “www.nblbd.com” or go to
Retail & Cards > Cards > Credit Card Activation & Green PIN from Home Page.

Step-A.02
Please read the instructions carefully and Click on the “Click Here” button on the right side of the screen.

Step-A.03
Please provide the below mentioned mandatory information correctly:
01. Full card number (16 Digit)
02. Card expiry date (mm/yy)
03. Registered Mobile number
04. Date of birth (plz Follow the PC Format given below)

Please click now on “NEXT” button. Then, you will receive a 06 (six) digit OTP (one time password) to your registered mobile
number & e-mail address if the given information are correct. Then, Input the OTP within 03 (Three) minutes and Click on
“Verify OTP” icon.

Step-A.04
After successful OTP verification, your credit card will be activated and shortly you will receive a text SMS from NBLCARD.
Now, click on “GENERATE PIN” for creation of new PIN for your said activated card.

**** If you mistakenly or wrongly click on the “SKIP” button, please follow the process of (C) Re-issue of PIN procedure to
generate the PIN of your activated card.

Step-A.05
After clicking the“GENERATE PIN” button, please enter your desired PIN number twice on the new screen as given below.
Then click on “FINISH” button.

Step-A.06
After successful completion of all the above-mentioned steps, you will receive congratulations notification in next screen
(given below) i.e. your PIN is ready to USE in our system against ne card activation.

Now please click “CLOSE WINDOW” or “BACK TO HOME” as your requirement.

B. Change of existing PIN (Existing PIN required)

Step-B.01
Please follow the Step-A.01 to Step-A.03 from previous section (A)

Step-B.02
After successful OTP verification, you will get two option “CHANGE PIN” & “REISSUE PIN”. Please click the “CHANGE PIN”
button.

Step-B.03
In the following screen, please enter your existing PIN as Old PIN, enter your desired PIN two times in New PIN & Confirm
New PIN box. Please notice that after provide new PIN two times, it will show “PINs are matched” then click on FINISH
button.

Step-B.04
After successful completion of all the above-mentioned steps; your receive congratulations notions n next screen (given
below) i.e. your PIN is ready to USE in our system against ne card activation.

Now you can use your currently issued PIN anywhere as required. Now please click on “CLOSE WINDOW” button to get exit
or “BACK TO HOME” if it is required.

C. Re-issue of PIN (Existing PIN is not required)

Step-C.01
Please follow the Step-A.01 to Step-A.03 from section (A) mentioned above.

Step-C.02
After successful OTP verification, you will get two options “CHANGE PIN” & “REISSUE PIN”. Please click on the “REISSUE PIN”
button.

Step-C.03
In the following screen, please enter desired PIN two times in New PIN & Confirm New PIN box. Please notice that after
providing new PIN two times, it will show “PINs are matched” then click on FINISH button.

Step-C.04
After successful completion of all the above-mentioned steps; your receive congratulations notions n next screen (given
below) i.e. your PIN is ready to USE in our system against ne card activation.

Now you can use your currently issued PIN anywhere as required. Now please click on “CLOSE WINDOW” button to get exit
or “BACK TO HOME” if it is required.
