Eligibility

You should fulfill following requirements:

 Qualification – hold minimum bachelor’s degree

 Work Experience – have minimum 1 year continuous work experience at skill type 0, or skill
levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC)

 Language proficiency – have IELTS equivalent to CLB 7 or more

Express Entry

Express Entry is an addition to the immigration system for accepting applications by CIC. Canadian
immigration authority follows a rank based system to invite professionals under FSW to immigrate.
You can claim points for ranks under following criteria:

 Age

 Education

 Language

 Canadian Work Experience

 Foreign Work Experience i.e. experience outside Canada

 Spouse Education

 Spouse Language

 Spouse Canadian Work Experience i.e. experience outside Canada

 Employer or Provincial Nomination

Visa Process & Akkam Services

 Upon registration for full service, an agreement of service will be entered between you &
company

 A Case coordinator will be assigned to your profile giving an Orientation call and sharing you
document checklist and formats in required methodology in which the requisite documents are
to be furnished

 Upon furnishing the documents, application will be processed for Educational Credential
Assessment (ECA) with World Education Services (WES)

 Canada Immigration follows Express Entry system for its FSW and PNP visa categories.

 Upon successful outcome of ECA and required IELTS, Akkam will help you in submitting the
Express Entry online application form.

 Upon receiving the invitation from either an employer or a province, Akkam will help in filing the
documents with CIC.

 A mock application will be filled and sent to you for your appraisal and confirmation

 Once it is confirmed by the applicant, final application will be prepared and it is given for the third
level verification

 Upon the clearance of the file from the verification department it will be dispatched to you for
submission
  Our case coordinators would constantly monitor the progress of your file and keep you updated
until you receive your visa

 A Complimentary Spouse Educational Credential assessment would be provided.

 Assistance on procurement of Medical and Police clearance certificates.

 For Main Applicant : 850 CAD$

 For Dependent Spouse: 850 CAD$ (If Applicable)
 For each child : 230 CAD$ (If Applicable)

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

 For Main Applicant : 515 CAD$

 For Dependent Spouse: 515 CAD$ (If Applicable)

PNP’s

 0 to 1500 CAD$ (Application fee depends upon province to province)

Biometrics

 Biometrics – per person : 85 CAD$

Other Miscellaneous

 IELTS Fee per person: 15,650 INR Approx.

 Courier charges: 2,000 INR Approx. for each.
 Medicals per person: 5,000 INR Approx.
 Police Clearance Certificate per person: 500 INR Approx.
