mentioned subject as per attached materials list including labor cost.

Engineering services,transportation,labor supply and installations of proposal,fire protection system

and Fire Detection Alarm System (FDAS)

1. Installations of Riser Pipe and Main line

2. Installations of Sub-mainline
3. Installations of Zone Control Valves
4. Installations of Support, Hangers and Sprinklers Heads
5. Installations of Fire Fighting System and Fire pump
6. Installations and Fabricate of SS Floor Mounted Water Tank

TOTAL CONTRACT……… 3,144,125

MODE OF PAYMENT
1 30% down payment upon signed the approved quotation and contract.
2 30% upon completed installations of the riser pipe, mainline, and sub-mainline
3 20% upon completed installation the sprinklers heads and ready to install the fire pump sytem
4 10% upon completed the scope of works.
5 10% upon completed the duration piriod of retension
LEAD TIME OF ACCOMPLISHMENT
1 Mobilization upon received the down payment or go signal from the owner
2 scope of works will be completed with in ninety (90) working days except when the site
are workable and ready .
WARRANTY
1 The fire pump system are guaranteed for twelve (12) months
except damaged was due to force major events or done by any third party.
2 The plumbing/piping system are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months
except damaged was due to force major events or done by any third party.
3 The (FDAS) system are guaranteed for a period of twelve(12) months
upon fully operational except damaged was due to force major events or done by any third party.
Note…
a.. Our Quotation / price are valid only within 30 days from the date of submission
b.. The owner should provide temporary electric power & water supply on the site
c. Those not mentioned on the scope of work and contract will be automatically additional cost.
