QUBEE Installation Engineer, October 2010- February 2011 Responsible for supporting Wi-Fi routers installation and observed the signal parameters Coordinator of Installation Support Center (enroute installation team) UNIVERSAL CELLULAR ENGINEERING Engineer-RF, February 2011-Current Performing all kind of Drive Test & Optimization for GSM and CDMA Network Experience on GSM Dual Band and multiband Handling all RF related customer complaints by checking / inspecting serving BTS site Planned additional sites, if any. Performing hard optimization of the network so as to minimize coverage holes & interference. Conduction of Acceptance testing procedure which includes submitting plots of C/I, RXQual, RxLevel and call testing. GPRS/EDGE Drive Test and report by Actix. MOS Test and report by Genex and QVoice. Acceptance testing of cell sites. Perform Walk Test for Metro/Malls. Make report, Post Processing and analyzing call drops, call setup failure and coverage holes by TEMS. Initial tuning of the network and pre-launch optimization with Ericsson & Huawei Engineers.
