We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to assist in the
planning, coordination, and execution of AI/Digital Transformation/ Cloud projects. The ideal
candidate will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are
completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Title : Project Management Intern

Location: Hyderabad
Work timings : 2 PM to 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track project
progress.
● Monitor project deliverables, update documentation, and prepare status reports for
stakeholders.
● Help in identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed.
● Coordinate project meetings, create meeting agendas, and document key actions and
decisions.
● Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling,
data entry, and correspondence.
● Support in tracking project budgets and resource allocations.
● Assist in maintaining project management tools and systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS
Project).
● Participate in project retrospectives and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a

related field.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
● Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
● Experience with project management software/tools is an advantage but not
mandatory.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
