I beg to state that I am Bishwamitra Dhar,Son of Late Binod Kumar Dhar Ex:-
PM-A Under SMR/JRPD.I want to say that I already appeared the exam two time
for Compassionate Ground ,Group-C (Under Technical Level).But unfortunately. I
am unable to qualify this Exam because of my mother’s Health trouble and
Financial crisis in my family. I had face all the burdens in this hard situation.It is
very difficult to handle it, So I can not focus my mind for the Examination.Now in
this condition.I am not interested to appear third time in under graduate Group-C
category and accept Compassionate Ground Appointment of Group-D category.

Therefore, I request you to grant my application and Transfer my case to the


East Coast Railway Head Quarter Office, Bhubaneswar . For which act of your
kindness,I shall be obliged.
