organized, independent of its physical storage on disk.
4. **Physical Organization**: Refers to how data is physically stored on a
storage device, involving aspects such as clustering, fragmentation, and file
placement.

Spooling (Simultaneous Peripheral Operations On-line) is a process where data is


temporarily held in a buffer (like a disk) before being sent to a device (like a
printer). It enables the CPU to continue processing other tasks while waiting
for the I/O operation to complete.
