9. Brief Summary of the Activity/Event:


a. Objectives: i. To develop a drone within the given constraints.
ii. To present our design within given time limit and clear the
technical inspection.
iii. To conduct a successful flight test.
b. Description:
The SAE DDC 2024 competition spanned three days, beginning with an opening
ceremony on the first day, followed by technical presentations and inspections. On the
second day, teams participated in the flight test, where each plane underwent
assessments for flight conditions and preparation for takeoff. The event concluded on
the third day with a closing ceremony and prize distribution.
c. Outcomes: i. Fixed wing Drone was constructed within the given time
limit.
ii. Successful completed the technical presentation.
iii. Successful cleared the technical inspection.
iv. Successful flight test was conducted.
d. Results: i. Secured AIR 2 in Best CFD Analysis
ii. Secured AIR 9 in Overall Performance
e. Attendance of All participants attended the event.

f. Sample Feedback The overall organization of the event was good. The student
with Summary: members of SAE SRM college were also helpful in guiding.
The event was conducted with a proper management without
any difficulty faced.
