• My Home Avatar is built on the 80:20 principle, where 83.5% of space is dedicated to open areas of recreation, and 16.5%
for living.

• Structure Height goes up to a G+30 floor and 10block complex.

• This project hosts all amenities that a contemporary property buyer would aspire to have such as 24Hrs Backup

• SPECIFICATIONS
 TheSuper Structure is an RCC-framed structure, resistant to
wind and earthquake (zone-2).

 Plumbing Service
 Vanity-type wash basin with Single lever basin mixer

 EWC with Flush Valve of the reputed brand.

 Single lever Bath and shower mixer.

 Provisions for geysers in all bathrooms.

 All faucets are chrome-plated by a reputed brand.

 Water treatment plant for Bore-well water and Water meters for each Unit

 A Sewage Treatment plant of adequate capacity as per norms will be provided


inside the project, and treated sewage water will be used for landscaping and
