Contract Terms and Conditions

1. Preamble

With this contractual agreement about activities as a freelancer, the contractual

partners structure their legal relationship in such a way that each contractual

partner remains legally independent. The contracting parties agree that no

employment relationship shall be established between them.

2. Contractual Object

The client places the following order with the freelancer: outline the proposed

working relationship and the end product you will be submitting–i.e. Create

briefs, outlines, and drafts for 2x 1,500-word posts each calendar month.

3. Implementation of the Agreement

3.1. The freelancer is free to choose the place and time of his/her work; the client

may not give him/her any instructions or other specifications in this regard. This

also applies to planned longer absence times of the freelancer, e.g. vacation

periods. If necessary, the contracting parties shall agree on meeting and

presentation dates as well as project deadlines by mutual agreement.

3.2. The freelancer carries out the order on his/her own responsibility. In doing so,

he/she must respect and protect the interests of the client and observe any

specifications of the client regarding the quality of the result.


3.3. The freelancer carries out the order solely with his/her operating resources.

3.4. In cases of unplanned absences or hindrances, in particular, due to illness,

accident, or other short-term orders, the freelancer must inform the client

immediately after becoming aware of the absence or hindrance, if and to the

extent that the execution of the order is necessary for the client is thereby

impaired. The freelancer shall be obliged to provide adequate representation for

the work that cannot be postponed and that is necessary in cases of her absence.

4. Fees and Payment

The freelancer shall receive the fee agreed upon with the client. The freelancer will

issue a written invoice at the end of each month. The fee is payable within 14

working days after invoicing. The mode of payment shall be outline here how you

want clients to pay you.

5. Our Services
By submitting the payment, this client is purchasing the Product for their use only.

All Products are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or

implied. It is the client’s obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before

submitting any payment.

6. Refunds
The Products and Services offered are non-refundable and come with no

warranties, expressed, or implied. Once an order has been completed, the hours

put into the project cannot be recuperated. The freelancer will, however, to the

best of their ability, seek to satisfy the client. In certain cases, the freelancer may

provide a refund at their own discretion.


7. Copyright & Personal Use
The products deliver to the client are completely original content. The full

copyright to the products and other materials delivered to the client is to be

retained only by the client. The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold

harmless the freelancer for any unauthorized uses the client may make of any

material available made available to the client by the freelancer.

8. No Plagiarism
The freelancer does not condone, encourage, or knowingly participate in

plagiarism or any other acts of academic fraud or dishonesty. The freelancer

strongly adheres to and abides by all copyright laws and will not knowingly

commit plagiarism or violate copyright laws.

9. Limitations on Revisions
The freelancer will revise content up to X times to ensure that no objective or

technical errors remain. If no objective or technical errors remain in the content,

any further revisions to that content are provided at the freelancer’s sole

discretion.
