Setup

Start setup by running the executable file "ESG M5 Triforce" and following the wizard.

Note: Compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.

Once setup is complete, open the program to customise your Gaming Mouse ESG M5 Triforce to
your liking. The following home page will be displayed by default.

Selecting a profile
Before you start customising your mouse, select the profile your changes will be saved to. Use
the default profile names such as “profile1”, “profile2” and “profile3”, or add new profiles with the
name of your choice via the “+” button. Delete unwanted profiles via the recycle bin icon.
Export any profile to your PC’s memory or import a profile previously saved on your PC. You can
also rename the profile without losing its settings.

Configuring the buttons

Customise the actions of each mouse button to suit the way you play. Using the button numbers
as a guide, assign the actions you want each one to perform.

Take note of the profile you are working on, as the changes will be saved in the profile selected.
Special keys:

Fire button
One action that can help you a lot in your FPS games is to set the repetition and click interval to
fire a burst of shots.

To do this, select the button you want to click on, such as Left button (4), Right button (5), Middle
button/Scroll wheel (6), Forward button (9) or Back button (10).

Select the number of clicks you want to run in the “Loop” box, as well as the time interval in
milliseconds that should elapse between one click and the next one in the “Interval” box.

Key combination
Save time and assign familiar Windows keyboard shortcuts to a button on your Gaming Mouse
ESG M5 Triforce.
Lock DPI
Momentarily slow down the DPI so you can aim more accurately and feel like a true sniper.

Configuring macros
Customise your keystroke sequence or command, assigning it to a button on your mouse. First
go to the macro editor.

Add as many custom macros as you wish in the “Macro list” window. Click on “New Macro” to
add a new one. Existing macros can be deleted by selecting them and clicking on the “Delete”
button.
Press “Start recording” to start and stop recording key combinations. The keys pressed as you
type will be displayed in the “Key list” window.

One of the actions can be modified once inserted. Simply select the action to be modified, and
use the “Insert event” tab to apply any changes:

The following options are available to further customise actions:

Automatic insert delay: Select this option if you want the software to automatically insert the
delay it detects while you press the keys. Disable this option if you do not want any delay to be
added between keystrokes.

Cycle until the key released: When the new macro is assigned to a button on your mouse, it will
run in a loop for as long as the assigned button is held down. It will stop running as soon as the
assigned button is released.

Cycle until any key pressed: When the new macro is assigned to a button on your mouse, it will
run in a loop when the assigned button is pressed. The macro will not stop running until another
mouse button is pressed.

Specified cycle times (1-255): The new macro will run in a loop the number of times entered
(minimum 1, maximum 255 times) when assigning it to a mouse button.

Configuring the DPI (dots per inch)

You have the option to set 6 different DPI values from 200 to 10000, in increments of ±100.
Choose the one that best suits your needs.

Select the DPI value you want to adjust, and move the cursor in the image to set the required DPI.

Assign a colour to each of them for easy identification when changing DPI via the mouse’s DPI +
button (7) or DPI - button (8), as you will see how the lights of the Middle button/Scroll wheel (6)
light up in the chosen colour.
Configuring lighting
Configure and set the mood for your desktop with the 10 lighting effects offered by your Gaming
Mouse ESG M5 Triforce.

Configuring mouse parameters

Adjust your mouse’s basic parameters, such as sensitivity, precision, scroll button speed and
double-click speed, to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible.
Configuring the polling rate
Your Gaming Mouse ESG M5 Triforce gives you the option to set the polling rate, i.e. the frequency
at which it reports its position to your PC, from 125 MHz (every 8 ms) up to 1000 MHz (every 1
ms).
