IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS OF AND


ON BEHALF OF MY CLIENT SANJAY CHAKRABORTY
[HEREINAFTER "MY CLIENT"] SERVE THIS LEGAL
NOTICE.

On the instruction of my aforementioned client, I give you


this legal notice for the following reasons: -

1. The aforementioned client is using credit card bearing


card ending No. 4762.
2. That the statement is showing that my client has
purchased AC for the amount of Rs. 41999/-.

4. That the above mention was also confirmed by the
amazon.

5. That my client has raised the compliant about the same


to you but nothing happened till yet.

6. That now at present my client's got no possible cause of action


left but to send you a legal opinion.

7. That you have committed acts of cheating, fraud and breach of


trust toward our client and that you have deceived our client
with false promises.

8. That your business has created unnecessary financial losses


and mental strain on our client by breaking the promises of our
client.

Therefore, we appeal to you by this legal notice clear to


resolve the issue and also compensate of Rs.55190 (i.e., other
expenses of Rs. 20000/- spent on your fraudulent action)
within the period of 15 days form the receipt of this legal
notice failing with our client shall be constrained to file civil

as well as criminal suit against all the responsible directors and


staff or your company in the court of law.

You are further obliged to pay a sum of Rs. 9999/- as


necessary charges and the costs of sending this legal notice to
you.

Clearly, in the event of failure, my client will have no choice


but to peruse the legal action at your expense, risk
consequence and peril.

Please accept this notice accordingly.

P.S: - All the communication on behalf of my client should


go through me and not directly to my client.
