Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive ROI-driven strategic digital marketing efforts for
Nexval’s overseas clients, focusing on lead generation, brand visibility, and targeted digital
engagement across platforms, particularly LinkedIn. This role will blend strategic planning with
hands-on execution, leveraging tools and platforms to build awareness, generate leads, and
enhance client engagement in the mortgage and financial services industries. The Digital
Marketing Manager will also work closely with internal tech teams and external vendors to
manage technical SEO, website optimization, and backlinking to improve digital presence and
performance.
Key Responsibilities:
o Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation
across paid media, social channels, email, and affiliate marketing—towards
target-driven ROI.
o Supervise and mentor the digital marketing team, setting goals, ensuring
productivity, and overseeing team collaboration on projects.
o Ensure CRM management and contact validation to maintain data integrity and
optimize lead tracking through tools like Zoho CRM.
o Ensure consistent and professional brand messaging across all digital and PR
channels.
o Lead technical SEO initiatives for Nexval's website, collaborating with internal
tech teams and external vendors to ensure the website is optimized for search
engine visibility and user experience.
• Digital Marketing Techniques: Advanced knowledge of digital strategies for organic and
paid traffic generation, website traffic growth, email campaigns for lead nurturing, and
new CTA implementations.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Experience in technical SEO, including on-page SEO,
keyword research, backlinking strategies, and collaboration with internal tech teams to
optimize website performance.
• Analytics and Reporting Tools: Skilled in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce,
with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and present actionable insights.
• Relevant AI Tools & Strategic ROI-Driven Hacks: Knowledge of AI tools that can
augment the marketing strategy, along with expertise in leveraging emerging
technologies for improved campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years (Ideally) of digital marketing experience with a focus on B2B marketing, ideally
within the mortgage, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital campaigns for
overseas clients, with an understanding of US-based client needs.
• Strong network connections with affiliates experienced in the US mortgage and fintech
sectors, with the ability to expand partnerships and leverage affiliate relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with US mortgage and financial service regulations affecting digital marketing
strategies.
• Basic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, etc.
• Collaborate with industry experts and drive meaningful results for high-impact US-
based clients.
