TIANDY NVR BASIC CONFIGURATION GUIDE

After NVR successfully boot up, the first screen it will show is “Language Settings” as
shown in photo below:
• Click Skip button

Device Activation (Set Password) :


• Create your own Password, Example “admin123”
• Once again confirm Password “admin123”
• Click “Next” button

Device Activation (Pattern Lock):


• Click “Skip” button
• You can set it if you want (Normally we just use Password)
Device Activation (Set Security Question):
• Click “Skip” button

Wizard Setting (Resolution):


• Click “Next” button

Quick Setup Wizard:


• Click “Yes” button
Permission Identification:
• Key In your created Admin password. Example “admin123”
• Click “Confirm” button

Time Setting :
• Set current Time and Date
• Click “Next” button

Network Setting :
• Tick “DHCP (IPv4)” to get IP Address for the NVR if you’re connected to
internet router. Or you can set manually the IP Address to suit your
network setting on site.
• Click “Next” button
Format Disk :
• Tick “SATA1” and then click “Format” button to format the installed
New hard disk. If you install more than one hard disk then you tick all
available hard disk shown in the list Example SATA2, SATA3, SATA4.
• Click “Next” button

Server Search :
• Tick IP Address for detected Camera that you install as shown in photo below
• Click “Add” button, later the add camera will show in “Added Channel”
• Click “Next” button

Mobile Monitoring :
• For this Mobile App viewing setting please refer to next guide if you need.
• Click “Next” button to complete the initial setting.
• Done
