Scope: Covers all employess performing activities affecting conformity to product & process requirements.
Overall Responsibility : H.R. / Administration Manager & Head of departments of all functions are responsible for this procedure

where applicable, take actions to acquire the necessary competence, and evaluate the

Plan for training taking into account change caused by the nature of the organization

explicit knowledge, 3) leadership & management skill, 4) planning & improvement tools, 5)
5 team building, 6) problem solving, 7) communication skill, 8) culture & social behaviour, 9) H.R./ Admin Officer Annually Training plan / Training manual

creativity & innovation. 12) Vision of the organization, 13) Organizational change &
development, 14) initiation & implementation of improvement process, 15) benefits from
creativity & innovation, 16) the organization's impact on society, 17) Introductory
programme for new people, 18) Periodic refreshers programme
Prepare training plan for the calender year, Target should be 1 training per month.
6 Review training plan in monthly MIS Meetings, i.e Per month to complete training as per H.R./ Admin Officer Per month Training plan (UTPL/F/HR/002)
plan, also review training plan per monthly to not to skip any planned training.
On the Job training apart from planned training specifically for product knowledge,
Specification, special character, Sub-processes, Measurements to be given to all operators
7 H.R./ Admin Officer New Joinee OJT (UTPL/F/HR/004)
working on assembly line with the full knowledge of product to be manufactured & will be
evaluated for effectiveness.
