Work History : US ARMY /US, Virginia and Kuwait Army Exchange Officer Sergeant Chief Description of duties. Directs, plans and implements the multifunctional areas of materiel management and their integration into the overall DoD logistics system as well as the support interface between the Army in the field, wholesale logistics, and industry. Plans and directs the activities of units engaged in the supply of more than two commodities (excluding medical, ammunition and cryptographic materiel). Commands, directs, and/or exercises staff supervision of units engaged in the production, acquisition, receipt, storage and preservation, issue, and distribution of equipment, repair parts, fortification/construction materiel, subsistance and general supplies. Commands, directs, plans and/or exercises staff responsibility for units engaged in the collection, reclamation and final disposition of salvage, surplus, abandoned property, and unserviceable supplies and equipment. Serves as the focal point for property management and accountability procedures. As a staff officer, ad-vises the commander on matters regarding supply and services support and other logistical functions. As a materiel manager, develops coordinates, and supervises the supply support portion of integrated logistics support plans. Develops and executes materiel management programs, to include inventory control and distribution throughout the logistics system. Determines and plans for storage requirements for field and permanent depot activities to include location, site selection, site preparation, organization of the physical plant, employment of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), utilization of soldiers, packing and crating, physical security, humidity and vector control. As an Army Exchange Officer, develops plans and programs for current and future operations of installation exchanges and other sales outlets. Directs or commands operations in overseas installations as a Regional Exchange Officer.

Bonafide ,Bsas , Argentina Transportation Specialyst Daily maintenance of the Bonafide Dispatch, , Asset Management Tool, and Bay Mapping applications Daily routing based on Customer and location parameter ensuring service, cost, and productivity targets are met Daily paperwork generation, on time, to meet warehouse and sale requirements Daily communication with TSMs /Delivery Supervisors regarding resources and routing solution effectiveness Weekly communication with Warehouse/Loading Supervisors regarding bay map improvements Dispatch Daily Routing: 1.Ensure customer delivery parameters are accurate in CMB, and the Asset Management Tool 2.Communicate daily with locations to coordinate resources, drivers & trucks, and specific customer delivery needs 3.Ensure all scheduled accounts are in dispatch prior to dispatching 4.Solve daily routing solution by FLEX routing (fewest trucks and drivers) based on daily workload, tight geographical areas, proper sequencing, balanced workload, and customer/driver continuity 5.Publish warehouse paperwork on time to met loading requirements and ensure legible receipt 6.Publish Driver Manifests, maps, and driving directions and ensure legible receipt Service / Cost / Productivity: 1.Ensure routing solution achieves customer service objectives by ensuring a balance of customer windows hit and customer continuity with cost and productivity targets 2.Ensure lowest cost delivery by proper segmentation between bulk and bay based on order quantity SouthWestern Servers Panama , Barbados , Trinidad and Tobago CISCO & PELCO Coordinate with shipment arrival, stockyard preparation, vehicles movement & allocation, traffic procedures, vehicles showroom delivery, and enforce all procedures & process to be finalized on time. Follow up the communication between suppliers & the company to ensure of timely delivery as inquiry. Follow up shipment arrival appointment in port as per schedule, ensure for receiving all vehicles properly as per the ordering requests Quantity & models Insures proper documentation, including transit documents and customs

clearances, exists for shipments. Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner. Prepare all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance,etc.) . Direct, coordinate and review the work plan for the Logistics, import, export formalities; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities and projects; monitor work flow; review and evaluate work, methods and procedures.
