1 INTRODUCTION
Iteris Video Viewer allows for simple viewing of all Vantage Next, Radius and Edge intersections. Users can
view all intersections, four or nine at a time across multiple pages or setup ‘Groups’ of intersections to view.

1.1 System Requirements

• Windows 7 or Windows 10 OS (32bit or 64bit)
• Dual core processor, 1.90GHz minimum. Quad core processor, 3.50GHz preferred.
• 8GB RAM minimum. 16G RAM preferred.
• A good quality video card with a minimum of 8GB of RAM is recommended

CAUTION! The performance of this app will be directly affected by the computer resources and
available network bandwidth. Please contact your IT department if you as having issues with video
playback quality.

2 CONFIGURATION AND OPERATION

 Note: See the Section 4: Installation for instructions on how to install this app.
Double Click on the Iteris Viewer Icon on your desktop to start the app.

3.1 Viewing Intersections and Groups

CAUTION! The 3x3 grid uses a high amount of PC and Network resources to render and display
video. It should only be used on PCs equipped with a powerful graphics card, plenty of memory and
a high bandwidth network. Using 3x3 grid on an under powered PC will result in issues affecting the
performance of the PC and poor video viewing.

Full Screen Video

 Note: Full screen mode is only available for Next and Radius video streams.
3.2 Tour Mode
When on the group screen it is possible to have the app step through each intersection set in the group one
at a time on a set timing.

If viewing Next or Radius video streams set the time to a minimum of 30 seconds. It can take

4 INSTALLATION
After downloading the software and extracting it from the .zip file follow the instructions below.

Step Display
1. Double click on the ‘Setup.exe’ file in
the installation folder.

2. Click ‘Next’.

3. Select ‘Just Me’ and Click ‘Next’.

4. Click ‘Next’.

5. Click ‘Close’.

6. Installation Complete.

4.1 Copying Configurations Across PCs

Once a PC has been setup for all intersections in a city the file can be copied across to other PCs to quickly
configure them without re-entering all the data.

The file location is shown below. Copy over everything in the folder (there should be four xml files).

C:\Users\Program Files (x86)\Iteris, Inc\Iteris Viewer\DataFiles
