Workspace units to millimeters and then start a sketch on the Top Plane

Draw a line with a distance of 125 millimeters

Go down by 8 millimeters

Go back by 125 millimeters

Draw two circles with the inner having a diameter of 25 millimeters and the outer circle’s diameter
of 41 millimeters.

Dimension the circles to be 24.5 millimeters from the right of the plane and 5 millimeters from the
top

Make two lines each one being close to the circles tangent to the circles and then snip it

Extrude by 292 millimeters

Start a sketch on the top curve flat plane

Draw a circle with diameter of 32 millimeters and draw it 58 millimeters from the right and 30 from
the top

Draw a construction line in the center of the model

Draw another circle and make sure that it is 30 millimeters from the right

Mirror using the upper circle using the construction line in the middle of the model

Start a sketch on the other side of the model

Draw all 3 circles with a diameters of 24 millimeters

Remove Loft all of them

Create an offset plane from the right plane with a distance of 150 millimeters

Mirror the model using this plane as the mirror plane

Start a sketch on the front plane

Draw three corner rectangles on the left one a width of 100 millimeters and length of 58 millimeters

Each rectangle should be 59 millimeters apart from each other

For the right one draw 2 corner rectangles with the same dimensions and 59 millimeters from top

Remove through all extrude them all

Fillet all of the outer lines by 2 mm

Fillet all of the inner curves by 2 millimeters

Start a sketch on the top of the model

Draw a circle with a diameter of 24.5 millimeters and extrude it by 292 millimeters

Start a sketch on the top of this extrusion and draw a circle with a diameter of 41 millimeters

Extrude it by 8 millimeters

Go to assembly and insert everything from the part studio

Create a origin mate connector

Create a between entities mate connector between the prongs of the 2 hinge hooks

Select a revolute connector with connector of middle 3 hook part first then Origin next

Then, select a revolute connector with two separate mate connectors with the origin first.

Fastened mate the connector from the bottom face of the pin and the 3 hooked connector

Create a gear between the two revolute

Set the limit on the first revolute to 0 degrees to 60 degrees
