Steps to do to take dominion over all Jurisdictions

1.) Affidavit of Repudiation


a. Certified proof of service
b. Judgment of un-rebutted affidavit
c. (publish); record at the county recorders office which makes it a “court of
record”

2.) Passport that reflects your status


a. Download DS-11 from United States Secretary of State
b. Go to coppermoonshinestills.com fill out the passport exactly the way it is di-
rected
c. Get your two passport photos and two forms of I.D. as required
d. Make an appointment with Secretary of State passport office (not Post Office) in
the a.m. before 11:30 then you can pick up your expedited passport by 3:30 that
same afternoon.
e. Make a reservation within the following 10 days after the appointment in
Canada or Mexico you can cancel after appointment. This
helps get expedited passport.
f. When you arrive at Passport Office you take with you all of the above items in-
cluding the Repudiation and you say “Here is my application properly filled out,
Here is my photos and my I.D. here is my reservation for expedited service and
here is my Affidavit of Status as a State National defined in USC title 8 sec 1101(a)

Please issue me a passport that reflects that reflects that status” (then shut up this
is all you say)

3.) Deed of Re-conveyance (this reconvey’s your ownership of your ALL CAPS
NAME(s) to your christian given name. This must be recorded to make a court of
record.

4.) (If possible) PATENT OF NATIVITY. Shows your DNA existed on this soil long be-
fore government.

tles

8.) To take dominion over the air you must have a trust. If you don’t have an ex-
press (written) Trust then they will imply a trust.
a. Trust contains these elements.
b. Executor
c. Trustee / Fiduciary (you must have a written acceptance by the trustee to be
the Trustee) without that acceptance of the Trustee they can pierce the veil.
d. A Beneficiary
e. Property, assets and income of the trust must be clearly stated.
f. Describe how the trust should be managed.
g. Trusts are signed in the center of the document. Trust should be recorded an-
chored on the land if possible.

9.) Your business on the land should be in a PMA(private member association) or as


a trading company. I recommend a PMA easier to defend.

10.) You're entities, vessels, transmitting utilities should be trade marked under a
“legal” (of the water) business with.
a. License by a state as a for profit business (must have intent to make a profit)
b. Bonded or insured for liability could be as simple as a 20 dollar gold piece (1oz)
c. Containing it’s trademarks and copyrights
d. Having a product offered for sale in international commerce (website) product
could be anything I.e. pens, t-shirts etc. novelty stuff
