GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Q3 Your state government has banned the use of plastic bags. You
are Amarjeet, a reporter of The National Herald. Write a report in
100-125 words on how the ban is being ignored and what damage the
indiscriminate use of plastic bags is causing to the environment.
Q 5 You are Barkha Madan of 37, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Your
telephone connection is not functioning properly. Write a letter to the
General Manager, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam, New Delhi
complaining about the unsatisfactory working of your telephone and
the problems caused to you.

xx. Visit Kirana shops near your home and collect the data regarding the
sales of certain commodities over a month. Try to figure out the stock of a
particular commodity which should be in the store in order to maximize the
profit
