Project Name: CIF Decom

CIF Decommission is to retire the legacy customer information file system. CIF is transitioned to new Master
Data Management. Nearly all customer-facing applications getting the data from CIF are being affected. Many
mnemonic changes have been made to decouple and map MDM. The new system brings a single repository of
customer information system and improves the accuracy and consistency of customer information.

As a quality engineer, my responsibilities include:

 Create test cases for the changes ensuring the maximum test coverage possible.
 Execute and evaluate manual test cases and document the results and defects.
 Create and maintain test strategy.
 Writing SQLs queries and executing on HUE and Teradata
 Participate in scrum ceremonies.
 Responsible for all types of testing like functional, integration, end-to-end testing, system
testing, and Regression testing.

Project Name: WCDS

WCDS is a web-based front-end application supported by a backend legacy z/OS Mainframe with DB2 database
serves to create accounts, screen eligibility, apply for benefits and generate client notices. The newly
developed EASY system allows clients can apply for cash, food stamp, and Medicaid assistance from online, any
time day or night.

Responsibilities:

 Created manual test cases looking at requirements ensuring maximum test coverage
possible.
 Execute and evaluate manual test cases and document the results and defects.
 Created automation scripts using Selenium Suite (Web driver, RC, Grid and IDE) and Eclipse
IDE and Java and Maven.
 Participated in all scrum ceremonies.
 Responsible for all types of testing like Functional, integration, end to end testing, system
testing and Regression testing.
 Performed Cross Browser Testing for the SCUBI Application in different browsers including

Role: QA Analyst

Project: Global Payment System: GPS is a Terminal Emulator (TE) application that processes Global
ACH Payments and facilitates the processing of Payment manager foreign wires and book transfers.
It will allow customers to send cross-currency payments and receive real-time FX rates.

Responsibilities:

 Developed the automation test cases using the automation tool HP UFT 12.52 and Terminal
Emulator (TE) .
 Responsible for creating and enhancing Test scripts to test functionality using HP UFT/QTP
 Develop Data Driven Testing using parameterization in Quick Test Professional (QTP/UFT) to
test the application with different sets of data. Executed SQL queries, joins, and stored
procedures.
 Performed the Testing on various mobile devices with a various platforms (iOS, Android)
 Executed all test cases locally and executed them from ALM as well. Generated reports for
all the test cases.
 Defects are logged in HP ALM/QC12.01and followed up with functional team for until the
defects are closed.
 Extracted source data from Mainframe application using SQL into Unix Environment and
created formatted reports for Business Users.
 Participated in Weekly status meetings and reported the automation efforts to the manager
on weekly and monthly basis.
