    unfilled vacancies remained unfilled due to non-joining of allotted
    candidates.

    With reference to CO letter and RO Mumbai email dated I 8.12.2024, it is to intimate that
    the following GDS candidate working in division of Maharashtra Circle was selected for
    promotion to the cadre of Postman for the vacancy year 2020 in the Examination held on
    10.01.2021and allotted to this unit vide co letter under reference.

    It is proposed to carry out the pre-appointment formalities in this office. Respective Divisional
    heads are requested kindly arrange to direct the above GDS candidates to attend Mumbai
    GpO
    between 10.00 hrs. to 14.00 hrs. on any working days.

    is requested to kindly arrange to intimate that whether
    any disciplinary/ vigilance case is pending or contemplated or punishhent is current against the
    selected/ allotted candidates. Further, the Divisional Head are requested
    to ensure that all the
    conditions mentioned in the C.O. letter under reference are fulfilled before the GDS are
    relieved.

    Itis requested to check whether above mentioned official had refused offer
    of
    promotion earlier as per Dt letter no. w-17/10/2023-sPN-1-Dop dated
    06.03.2023, the
    certificate duly signed in this regard may be submitted accordingly.

    As per CO Mumbai letter dated 18.12.2024 Para No. 03, (ID it is mentioned
    that'6inform the unfilled vacancies due to non-joining of candidate to region
    is23.12.2024,,,
    in this connection kindly do the needful action accordingly.

    The GDS should report to the ADPO (Admin), Staff section, I't Floor,
    Mumbai GpO -
    400001 along with the following original certi{icates/documents
    and three true copies of each
    certificates/documents .

    1) School Leaving certificate and Date of Birth certificate


    2) SSC and HSC Mark Lists
    3) SSC and HSC Board Certificate
    4) Mark List of Degree or any higher examination issued by University/ certificate
    relating to
    Essential qual ifi cation.
    5) Two character certificate from two different GazettedOfficers and
    two Identi$, Certificate
    6) In case of SC/ST/OBC Candidates, Caste validity certificate in the presqibed
    format issued
    _ by the competent authority has to be obtained and got verified.
    7) The candidate belonging to oBC and selected agalnst vacancy reserved
    for oBC category,
    have to produce valid caste certificate and caste validity certidcate as
    well as ,Non Creamy
    Layer Certificate, from Competent Authority.
    8) computer course certificate or any other activity certificate.
    9) Aadhar Card

    I l) Bring copies of nationalized bank pass book and photos.
    12) Attestation Form (must be filled in duplicate copr).
