Viewpoint Administration web page is blank

Problem

When I try to open the FactoryTalk Viewpoint Administration web page, it is blank. There
are no errors showing, it is just blank.

Solution

In the Windows Event Viewer, the Application log showed the following two errors :

Could not load all ISAPI filters for site ’DEFAULT WEB SITE’.
Therefore site startup aborted.

ISAPI Filter
’C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\\aspnet_filter.dll’
could not be loaded due to a configuration problem. The current
configuration only supports loading images built for a AMD64
processor architecture. The data field contains the error number. To

To fix the issue, do the following:


1. Open the IIS Manager on the computer.
2. Highlight the Default Webpage
3. Open the ISAPI filters.
4. In the filter for the .NET Framework 4.0.30319, you will see a path that has double
slashes \\ towards the end of the file path right before the aspnet_filter.dll.
5. Edit the filter path, and remove one of those slashes, so there is just one slash.
6. Save the filter.
7. Click on the Default Webpage on the left
8. Then select the Restart link on the right side of the screen.
The FactoryTalk ViewPoint Administration should now open. This seems to be an issue of
.NET 4.0.30319
