ANNUAL DAY GUIDELINES
Dear Parents,
Warm Greetings from SSRVM-BE!
We are delighted to extend our heartfelt invitation to you for the most awaited event of the year,
the Bal Pratibha (Annual Day), which will be held on 29th November, 30th November & 1st
December 2024.
This year's theme is "Nrityakalpalata," Dance Kaleidoscope. This mesmerizing event promises
to take you on a vibrant journey across the globe, showcasing the rich 'Diversity of Dance Forms'
that make our world's cultural heritage so unique, fascinating, and united!
Our students have been diligently preparing for this event, and they are excited to showcase their
talents, creativity, and hard work. We believe that this year's Annual Day will be a great visual
treat.
Kindly refer the Annual Day Invite shared through ERP for your ward’s show details.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
To ensure the smooth execution of the event, we request all parents and students to kindly follow these
guidelines:
1. Attire:
● Students should arrive dressed in their House Colour Uniforms. They should wear the inner
wear under the uniform as mentioned in the tabular format as per their dance. For eg. For
G-6 MJ
Girls need to wear- White plain tshirt and black 3/4th leggings
Boys need to wear- White vest and black cycling shorts
● Costumes will be distributed on the day of the show. Students must carry a neatly labelled
cover for storing their uniforms.
2. Makeup and Accessories:
● Light makeup should be applied at home.
● Girls should avoid wearing gold or expensive jewellery, as the school will not be responsible
for any loss.
● Watches are not permitted for students.
3. Food and Essentials:
● Canteen facility will not be available on 29th, 30th November, and 1st December 2024.

● Students must bring sufficient water, food, snacks, safety pins, and a napkin.
● Ensure students coming for morning and afternoon show carry heavy breakfast and lunch (as
well as snacks/fruits and juice for afternoon show children).
● Evening show children need to have lunch from home and carry snacks/ fruits, juice.
4. Transport:
● School transport facility will be available only for pick-up in the morning for morning and
afternoon show children as well as in the afternoon for evening show children.
● Parents must make arrangements to pick up their wards after the show.
5. During the Event:
● Parents are requested not to approach their child or the teacher-in-charge during the
programme.
● Please be seated by the designated time to allow the event to start promptly:
❖ 8:45 AM for the Morning Show
❖ 1:15 PM for the Afternoon Show
❖ 5:45 PM for the Evening Show
6. Post-Programme Protocol:
● Students will only be handed over to parents after the entire programme concludes, and only
from their respective allotted rooms.
● To avoid congestion, only one parent will be permitted for pickup. Other family members are

o kindly requested to wait in the auditorium or on the ground.
o Early handover requests will not be entertained.

Please note that the coordinator's number will not be available for receiving calls during the three
days of the event.
8. Aadhar Update Counter:
● The Aadhar counter will be open on Saturday, 30th November, and Sunday, 1st December,
during the Annual Day celebrations.
● Parents who have previously submitted the Aadhar Request Form are requested to meet the
officials at the counter along with their wards after the show.

❖ Students should be dropped off at Gate No. 1 (Main Gate) by 7:15 AM.
● Afternoon Show at 1:30 PM:

Important Note:
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
● Stalls offering a variety of refreshments and snacks will be put-up in the school premise during the
Annual Day celebrations. Parents and visitors are welcome to help themselves at their convenience.
● Students must be accompanied by their parents when visiting the stalls.
● Kindly ensure cleanliness is maintained at all times.
