Job Description: Senior Python Developer

Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Automation
Position: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview

As a Senior Python Developer, you will focus on automating and enhancing chatbot
functionalities, ensuring high-quality performance through comprehensive testing and
collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also work on improving automation
frameworks and processes to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development:
o Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for applications.
o Utilize Python-based automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and
Pytest, for testing chatbot functionalities.
• Collaboration & Testing:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance in software
development.
o Develop and enhance automation scripts to improve chatbot functionalities,
particularly in banking applications.
o Design and implement test automation frameworks for various applications.
• Process Improvement:
o Work on improving existing automation frameworks and testing processes.
o Collaborate with development teams to optimize testing methodologies.
• Integration & Deployment:
o Familiarize with DevOps practices to integrate automation testing within CI/CD
pipelines.
o Ensure seamless deployment and integration of chatbot solutions in different
environments.

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years in Python development and automation testing.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in automation
frameworks like Selenium and Pytest.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
o Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Collaboration:
o Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
o Proven experience in collaborating with teams to ensure comprehensive testing
of chatbot functionalities.
• Problem-Solving:
o Analytical and debugging skills to enhance chatbot automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chatbot functionalities, especially in banking applications.


• Familiarity with AI, NLP, and automation testing tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in API integration and testing.
