Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to craft
intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our AI-powered applications. You
will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences for our web
and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user


needs and translate them into engaging designs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to enhance user-centered design.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across devices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in UI/UX design.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in tech or AI-related
projects.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
o Expertise in designing for web and mobile platforms.
o Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
o Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
