Institute of the The researcher employed various tests such as pretest,
Philippines posttest, and retest to draw a conclusion. The study
concludes that students who were taught using inductive
methods performed better than those who were exposed
to the traditional lecture-based methods of teaching. In
addition, experimental group showed that the knowledge
was more retained than control group based on their
retest.

Segbefia, C. R. (2020).Inductive teaching method significantly

improved Senior High School students' achievement in circle
theorems compared to conventional methods,

• The study investigates the impact of the inductive teaching

method on Senior High School students' achievement in
circle theorems, comparing it to conventional teaching
methods. Conducted with 162 students, it found that those
taught inductively performed better, while gender had no
significant effect on performance. The research
recommends incorporating diverse teaching methods,
including inductive approaches, to enhance mathematics
education.

Pokharel J. K (2020).the performance of the student of

secondary level taught by inductive method affects the
mathematics achievement

• The study measured the effectiveness of inductive

teaching method on student’s academic performance.
This study used 38 grade nine (9) students consisting
twenty-one (21) girls and seventeen (17) boys. The
respondents were grouped into two groups; the
experimental and control group. At the end of the
research, the researcher concluded that there’s a
significant difference between the mean score of
experimental group and control group. In addition, the
study concluded that inductive method of teaching is
more appropriate than traditional method as it give real
life concept in mathematics and student-centered.
