Actors:

 Customer: Places orders and tracks order status.

 Sales Representative: Manages customer orders and provides


support.

 Warehouse Staff: Handles inventory and order fulfillment.

 Admin: Manages the system and user accounts.

 Payment Gateway: Processes payments.

Functional Requirements (FRs):
