3. Pathway Towards Digital Pakistan
a. Broadband for All. It is a transformative initiative that resonates with the
ethos of inclusivity, echoing Pakistan's commitment to narrowing the digital
divide. By extending high-speed internet connectivity to every corner of the

empower citizens with equal access to the digital realm. From bustling urban

b. Special Investment Facilitation Council. To bolster Pakistan's
economy, Special Investment Facilitation council (SIFC) was established in
June 2023. Its primary objective is to streamline processes, address
regulatory complexities, and restore investor confidence. Pakistan Army plays
a significant role alongside the apex and executive committees. Chief of the
Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir, leads the charge in achieving
SIFC's goals promptly for a brighter future for Pakistan. The SIFC will
prioritize sectors including defense production, agriculture, mining and
