Boarding Requirements
You must present your printed ticket or your ticket on a mobile device and photo identification matching all
information provided during booking to board.
You will receive your ticket(s) via email.

Luggage
A personal item is permitted. It must fit under the seat in front of you.
You are not allowed to take carry-on bags.
You may need to check-in all luggage.

Each checked-in bag must weigh no more than 23kg (50.7lbs).
Each checked-in bag must not be larger than 76cm x 48cm x 40cm (29.9in x 18.9in x 15.7in).
