 Ctrl + A: Select all
 Ctrl + F: Find
 Ctrl + P: Print
 Ctrl + S: Save
 Ctrl + N: New window or document
 Ctrl + O: Open
 Ctrl + W: Close window or tab
 Alt + F4: Close application
 Windows key + D: Show desktop
 Alt + Tab: Switch between open apps
 Ctrl + Shift + Esc: Open Task Manager
 Ctrl + Shift + T: Reopen last closed tab in browser
 Windows key + L: Lock screen
 Windows key + E: Open File Explorer
 Windows key + I: Open Settings

File Explorer Shortcuts


 Ctrl + N: Open a new File Explorer window

 Ctrl + Shift + N: Create a new folder

 Alt + D: Select the address bar

 Ctrl + E: Focus the search bar

 Ctrl + Shift + E: Expand all folders in the navigation pane

 F2: Rename selected item

 Alt + Enter: Open the properties window of selected file/folder

 Ctrl + Shift + Esc: Open Task Manager

Text Editing Shortcuts (Mac & Windows)


 Ctrl (Command on Mac) + Left/Right Arrow: Move the cursor one word to
the left/right
 Ctrl (Command on Mac) + Up/Down Arrow: Move the cursor to the
beginning/end of the document
 Ctrl (Command on Mac) + Shift + Left/Right Arrow: Select text one word at
a time
 Ctrl (Command on Mac) + Shift + Up/Down Arrow: Select the entire
document from the cursor to the beginning or end
 Ctrl (Command on Mac) + Backspace/Delete: Delete one word to the left

 Ctrl (Command on Mac) + F: Find text in document

 Ctrl (Command on Mac) + H: Replace text.
