Job Title – Management Trainee

Job Type - Internship [with full time opportunity after internship]

As a Management Trainee at 10Decoders, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between
business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of one
project, ensuring that all aspects of the SDLC life cycle are managed effectively.

You will collaborate with technical architects, leads, and SMEs for planning, estimation and to ensure
successful project delivery. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, domain knowledge,
project management skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Management:
• Own the delivery of a project, managing all stages from sprint preparation to execution
• Engage in resource and project planning & estimation in collaboration with technical teams

 Business Analysis:
• Analyze functionalities to co-create improved solutions and functions
• Ask pertinent questions to identify areas of integration and develop functional test cases
• Understand the underlying reasons behind each task and activity within the project scope
• Create business process flows to document and communicate functionality effectively

 Quality Assurance:
• Review QA test cases and conduct demos to showcase progress and results

 Risk Management:
• Proactively identify risks/issues and devise potential solutions

 Communication & Collaboration:


• Maintain a basic knowledge of the enterprise application development process to facilitate
effective communication and updates
• Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement

 Business Value Articulation:


• Articulate the business value of completed projects, highlighting the benefits and outcomes
in alignment with business objectives.

Skills Required:

● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related area


● Knowledge with various programming languages
● Basic knowledge of enterprise application development processes.
● Ability to understand and articulate the ‘why’ and ‘what’ behind tasks and activities
● Proficiency in creating business process flows
