IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
Excursion to Agra from Kanpur
Date: 14th and 15th Nov, 2024
Please note:
1. Students should carry their ID cards, comfortable clothing, water bottles, personal hygiene items, side pocket bags or small bags, comfortable shoes. If any student does not have their new ID cards or is lost or broken, needs to wear their last session ID cards during the entire trip. Since weather is now changing, students should carry some light warm clothes (jackets/shawls) to bear cold climate. 2. Limit yourself to carry one small suitcase/bag to avoid inconvenience during travel. 3. All students should meet at the designated school campus at least 30 minutes before departure. Buses will depart the campus by 7:00 am. 4. No conveyance shall be provided to students for reaching the school in the morning of 14 th Nov. Students have to manage their own self conveyance. 5. Parents are requested to pick up their ward from school once we reach Kanpur on 15 th Nov night. We will update you with the timings on call before arriving Kanpur for your convenience. Students residing in city, would be dropped off at Rawatpur depo. Parents are requested to ensure their pick-ups from the location. 6. Students are requested not to carry any expensive items such as jewellery, camera etc. In case of any loss or theft, school shall not be responsible for the same. 7. Students must carry their school diary or writing pads for documenting important heritage notes fostering learning experience. 8. Student needs to ensure safety of their belongings on their own. Avoid carrying huge sum of money in pockets. 9. Students are supposed to bring their own breakfast or edible items for 14 th Nov. School will take care of fooding from lunch onwards on 14th Nov. 10. Students facing any medical emergency must carry their medicines along with proper prescription. 11. Ensuring discipline during the trip and respecting historical sites and avoiding littering must be the symbol of a good student of NLK Academy.
