ABSTRACT

This project report presents a full-stack solution focusing on tourism, integrating bus, flight, and hotel

booking functionalities along with a secure payment system powered by Razorpay. The project also

incorporates an AI chatbot assistant to enhance user interaction and support. By leveraging modern

web development technologies, this system aims to streamline the travel booking process, providing

users with a seamless and efficient experience.


INTRODUCTION

The tourism industry is a vital part of the global economy, contributing significantly to GDP and

employment. This project aims to develop a comprehensive platform that caters to various travel

needs.
OBJECTIVES

1. To provide a unified platform for booking buses, flights, and hotels.

2. To integrate a secure payment gateway using Razorpay.

3. To implement an AI-powered chatbot for user assistance.


METHODOLOGY

The project follows an agile development methodology, using the MERN stack (MongoDB,

Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The Razorpay API is integrated for secure payments, and AI chatbot

functionalities are implemented using machine learning libraries.


SYSTEM DESIGN

The system architecture consists of a front-end developed in React.js, a back-end API built with

Node.js and Express.js, and a MongoDB database for data storage. The Razorpay API ensures

secure transactions, while the chatbot is powered by natural language processing.


RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

The platform successfully integrates booking functionalities, a payment gateway, and an AI chatbot.

User feedback highlights the system's efficiency and user-friendliness.
