CONCLUSION
The date for final acceptance will be 12 months later. After thorough investigation of the
Works in all its parts expecting in visible latent defects, we declare that it is executed in
Accordance with the drawings and the specification in acceptance manner. But the remarks
Mentioned above should be corrected before the final acceptance of the project.
We witness thereof, we have written and signed this temporary acceptance of which one
Copy is to be issued to the contractor for all practical purposes after due approval.
