POINTS FOR TENDER FILLING

A) LAND DEVELOPMENT WORK

 If necessary, we need to take bore log to identify strata, as client has given
soil report
 Transportation, government fess, royalties are in SRI scope
 Water for murum compaction & drinking is in SRI scope
 Filling will be in 300 mm in layers and compaction to be done accordingly and
test to be done
 If required, murum to be considered brought from outside
 +-50 mm deviation in final level will be allowed
 Proctor density test @ 500 sqm and for each layer – 98% compaction
 Need to do survey first & give coordinates to client then only we can start
development works
 Control blasting also included in development work, & necessary legal
license for blasting
 Pneumatic breaking also included in development work
 Trees removal is in scope, 15cm girth, 1.2 m ht from GL
 Tress other than small shouldn’t be cut and shall be brought to notice of
owner/consultant
 Water & Electricity is in SRI scope
 2m high barricading to proposed construction site
 Trees to be cut/replanted at own cost with all government approvals & its
cost
 Temple below tress to be built at own cost
 14. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH TENDER
The contractor shall submit the following documents along with the
Commercial O er –
o 14.1 Organization chart for the project.
o 14.2 Technical sta profiles for this project
o 14.3 Equipment’s / Machineries list to be used for this project.
o 14.4 Methodology for all items to be executed
o 14.5 Quality assurance plan (QAP) and Safety statement for this
project.
o 14.6 Time Schedule/ bar chart for this project.
 Duration 60 days
 All HR Compliances
 Payment will be done by Owner after 15 days once bill submitted
 NO ADVANCE
 5% Retention & 1 yr DLP

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT – (SCC)
o No material advance
o No mobilisation advance
o 1 RA bill in 1 month of min. 75 lacs
o RA bill will be paid after 3 weeks from the certification of
PMC
o 5% Retention will be there
o 2.5% of retention money will be released with final bill &
2.5% remaining will be after DLP
o Water & Electricity in SRI scope
o Space for labour hutment will be given by client in plot
premises
o Basic rates – Not applicable unless specified…means no
basic rates for Cement, Reinf. Bars, str. Steel
o Site to be commenced within 10 days on receipt of LOI
o Time Schedule
 Landscape & Compound wall – 60 days
 Civil Package – 6 Months
 PEB – Erection to be completed within 40 days
Supply of PEB material as per PMC/Client
