For the (25DE with AC Adaptor) motor & the (25CE Battery Wand) motor

Roller Shade Motorization Programming:

Step 1: PAIR REMOTE CHANNEL WITH THE SHADE:


1. Choose the channel on the remote that you would like to pair the shade with.
Plug in / long beep
2. Power Up / Connect the Motor. The Shade will sound one long beep.
P2 / beep / jog
3. Press the P2 BUTTON once. (The motor will Jog.)
P2 / beep / jog
4. Press the P2 BUTTON once. (The motor will Beep.)
Press Down
5. Press the DOWN BUTTON. (The Shade goes Down.)
Shade goes down
6. Press Stop.
Press Stop
7. The shade is paired with the Remote.

Step 2: SETTING THE UP AND DOWN LIMITS:
1. Press the P2 BUTTON and the Shade will Beep and Jog.
2. Press the UP BUTTON and the shade will Beep.
Press P2 / Beep / Jog 3. Press the P2 BUTTON and the Shade will Beep and Jog.
Press UP / Beep
4. Press the UP BUTTON and the Shade will go UP.
Press P2 / Beep / Jog

SETTING THE MIDDLE LIMIT:


1. Press the UP BUTTON. The Shade goes UP.

2. Press Stop at the position you want the Middle Limit.

3. Every 1 ½ seconds press Stop until the Shade Jogs once.
Press STOP / every 1½ secs.
4. The middle limit is now set.

5. Move the Shade to its UP or Down Limit and let it stop.
The Middle limit is now set.
6. The Shade can be returned to the Middle Limit by pressing STOP until the shade
starts to move to the middle. Release the Stop button. The Shade will stop at the
Middle Limit.

REVERSING THE SHADE DIRECTION:


1. Press and Hold the Reset Button at the end of the tube until the Shade Jogs
once. The direction is now reversed. Use the Up or Down key to verify the
direction.

FACTORY RESET: THIS WILL ERASE ALL LIMIT AND REMOTE CHANNEL SETTINGS.

P2 / Jog 1. Press the P2 Button once, the Shade will Jog.


STOP / Beep 2. Press the Stop Button once, the Shade will Beep.
P2 / Jog 3. Press the P2 Button once, the Shade will Jog.
Go to Step 1: 4. Start over with Step 1.

HOW TO ENTER OR EXIT DOT MODE:

To Enter Dot Mode: To Exit Dot Mode:


P2 / Jog 1. Press P2 – The shade will Jog once. 1. Press P2 – The shade will Jog once.
UP / Jog 2. Press UP – The shade will Jog once. 2. Press UP – The shade will Jog once.
DOWN / Jog 3. Press DOWN – The shade will Jog once. 3. Press DOWN – The shade will Jog once.

The Up, Down and Middle Limits will not be lost Entering or Existing Dot Mode

HOW TO COPY THE PROGRAMMING FROM ONE CHANNEL TO ANOTHER


CHANNEL ON THE SAME REMOTE:
1. Switch the Remote to the channel to be copied.
P2 / Jog 2. Press the UPPER LEFT P2 BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE ONCE / the shade will jog once.
P2 / Jog 3. Press the UPPER LEFT P2 BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE ONCE / the shade will jog once.
Switch Channel 4. Switch the Remote to the channel you want to copy programming to.
P2 / Jog
5. Press the UPPER LEFT P2 BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE ONCE / the shade will jog once
6. The programming is now copied to the new channel.

SPECIAL STEP: TO COPY ONE REMOTE (A) TO A SECOND REMOTE (B):

This step must be repeated for each channel you want to copy from Remote A to Remote B
1. Press the UPPER LEFT P2 BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE (A) – the shade will jog once.
P2 A Remote / Jog 2. Press the UPPER LEFT P2 BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE (A) – the shade will jog once.
P2 A Remote / Jog 3. Press the UPPER LEFT P2 BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE (B) – the shade will jog once.
P2 B Remote / Jog 4. The programming from remote (A) is now copied to remote (B)
5. This Step also copies the ALL BUTTON from Remote A to Remote B.
6. Do not Copy Remotes if you DO NOT want the ALL BUTTON (0) on both remotes to move all shades.

SPECIAL NOTE: SHADES CAN BE CONTROLLED BY MULTIPLE REMOTES:

UNLOCKING THE 15 CHANNEL REMOTE:

In rare cases you may receive a 15 Channel remote that will not display all 15 channels. If you
receive one of these Locked Remotes, use the directions below to “Unlock the Remote” and
restore all 15 channels.

Press and Hold the Left arrow key


(P1+) and the Right arrow key
(P1-) at the same time until a C
appears in the display screen

Continue to press the Left and


Right arrow keys until the display
changes to 15. Release the Left
and Right arrow keys

Press the Stop button once and a


zero will appear in the display and
then change to 15. The remote is
now unlocked and you may >
proceed with programming.
