It is being notified for the information of all concerned that Cut & Connection work on UP line at KM 1209/27-
1208/31 & 1203/17-11 between SLV-ARI stations and dismantling of cross over point no. 101 in SLV yard in connection
with 3rd line work in GWL-VGLJ section over Jhansi division will be undertaken as per following details-

Note- 1. Rake of 19666 JCO 19.12.24 short terminated at AGC on 20.12.24, arrange
to return back to UDZ as empty coaching rake.
2. One empty coaching rake of 19665 to be sent to AGC so as to reach
24.12.24 morning to run 19665 from AGC on 24.12.24.

(e) Regulation of trains-

(i) Coaching trains will take 15-20 minute extra time in UP direction due to Speed restriction
from D-2 to D+4.
(ii) Parcel and trains running out of path will be regulated accordingly from D-2 to
D+4.

4.Other Instruction-
(i) All loaded jumbo trains to be planned via GWL -GUNA or via Mathura-Kota-
Nagda.
(ii) ICMS, NTES & PRS shall be updated accordingly.
(iii) In the case of diverted trains every possible effort should be made to
minimize any delays encountered along the revised routes.

Railway Board’s instructions in regard to availability of officers at the site and

deployment of adequate resources in terms of materials and manpower may be
ensured so that there is no bursting of block and timeline. Effective utilization of
shadow block may be ensured. Division should ensure minimum detention to the
trains. The work may be executed keeping in view of safety, operational convenience
and prior intimation to the adjacent divisions and all concerned. Passengers must be
duly notified and informed in advance to ensure their convenience and awareness.

All concerned to please note and act accordingly. Wide publicity be given through electronic and print media,
public address system and station notice boards.
