NOTE:

GST @ 18% will be applicable & charged over and above the Testing Fees. (GST Provisional No:

PAYMENT TERMS:-

1. 100% amount in advance at the time of offering the product for testing.
2. In case of LM 79 Testing Time frame for Completion of Testing & Issuance of test report will be 5
Working days in General & In case of Express Testing 50% express charges will be applicable and Test
Report will be issued in 2 Working days.
3. Validity of Quotation is 30 Days. Unless specified, the test charges quoted are for performing one test
on a single sample of specific equipment, in one of its functional mode only.
4. All payments shall be made to INSTITUTE OF TESTING & CERTIFICATION INDIA PVT. LTD. The
payments can be made through CHEQUE/DD in favor of “INSTITUTE OF TESTING & CERTIFICATION” INDIA
PVT. LTD. payable at Panchkula and Mohali.
5. In case of onsite testing, Octroi charges and to and fro Transient/carriage expenses of testing
equipment from Laboratory to site shall be charged extra as per actual.
6. For onsite testing to & Fro Economy class Airfare (for distance more than 500 km) for one Engineer
from Mohali to site and Boarding & lodging in case to be arranged by Testing Laboratory shall be
charged extra on actual basis.
7. INR 5,000/- per day, will be applicable for witness Testing.
8. In any case, Testing Charges (if any) are non-refundable and cannot be disputed at any stage of the
project, pre-or-post completion.
9. All disputes are subject to Mohali Jurisdiction exclusively.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. The EMC testing if requested shall be conducted in laboratory as per applicable standards. However
Customer is requested to send his product to the Anechoic chamber separate and one separate sample
at our facility. Further, general safety testing can be undertaken at site if so desired by applicant.
2. Applicant is responsible for design, production and quality assurance of the equipment.
3. In case of onsite testing one technical representative of the applicant, knowledgeable about the
equipment to be tested, is preferable to be present at the test venue during the execution of this service
contract.
4. In case product fails during the Testing, Fail Test Report will be issue. If Customer requests retesting
after taking necessary corrective actions, then it will be considered as re-testing. The costs for re-testing
shall be mutually agreed.
5. In case of Testing required at site an advance intimation of at least one week is required from the
scheduled/planned date of Testing, otherwise under urgent/emergency services an extra amount of
100% will have to be bear by the Customer.
6. No repair/Adjustment in the equipment shall be done by us.
7. Usage of our name by the applicants, in the media advertisements such as TV, Newspapers, etc.,
requires prior written permission from us.
8. No claim shall be made by the applicant in case the service contract is not carried out on confirmed
dates by Testing Laboratory due to circumstances beyond its control. However, Testing Laboratory will
make best effort to keep up the contract schedule.
9. When Laboratory is required by law or authorized by contractual arrangements to release confidential
information, the customer or individual concerned shall, unless prohibited by law, be notified of the
information provided.

SAMPLE TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. The applicant shall provide free of all costs to laboratory, sample of product for testing/examination to
ensure that it conforms with approved design.
2. The product samples with Minimum and Maximum specifications/features from range of product
category shall be submitted for testing.
3. The accessories for the normal operation / Monitoring of the test samples shall be brought/provide by
the customer.
4. Applicant shall provide all the technical documentation such as technical specifications, circuit
drawings, Gerber’s, Instruction Manual (IFU) etc.
5. Responsibility of transporting test samples to and from Testing Laboratory, loading/unloading, packing
/ unpacking, internal movement, making the test sample operational during testing, etc. lies with the
applicant.
6. We take no responsibility for damages to the supplied sample during testing, storage or
transportation.
7. Equipment under Test & its all the accessories shall be removed from Testing Laboratory by the
applicant immediately after the testing is completed. Testing Laboratory does not take any responsibility
to store, forwarded items / EUT left by applicants after testing.
8. ITC INDIA PVT LTD is not responsible for packaging of the equipment and is not responsible for
repacking of equipment. Customer has to provide repacking of the equipment
9. The Customer has to make arrangement for taking back of the sample within 3 weeks after the issue
of the test report. After this period ITC INDIA PVT Ltd reserves the right to dispose off the sample as it
deems fit.
10. All Equipment/load/accessories required in testing need to be provided by the manufacturer.
