PROJECTS
Alzheimer’s Disease Prediction using Federated Learning | Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy,
Keras, Flower Framework
Project aims to detect Alzheimer's Disease using MRI scans while safeguarding patient privacy.
Employed the VGG16 architecture, a convolutional neural network (CNN), for feature extraction and
classification. The model is trained on a central server using federated learning.
Clients, representing different medical institutions or individuals send MRI data to a central server for
model training. The server aggregates updates to improve the global model, which is then sent back to
clients. This approach ensures privacy as data remains on the server, and only the trained model is
shared. Clients can request the trained model from the server. They can then locally perform inference
on their MRI data to predict the likelihood of Alzheimer's Disease without sharing any sensitive
information.
Electricity Generator Using Piezoelectric Material | ECE, IoT
Project focuses on harnessing electricity through the innovative use of fish scales. Fish scales, being
piezoelectric materials, possess the unique ability to generate electricity when subjected to pressure.
This phenomenon occurs due to the displacement of cations and anions within the material.
I've devised a system to capture and utilize this generated electricity. By saving this small but
significant amount of electricity produced by the fish scales, I incorporate it into our project for
various applications
Fruit Shelf Life Prediction | Python, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Image Processing
The "Organge" project revolves around assembling a dataset comprising approximately 8,000 images
of oranges. These images were meticulously classified into four distinct segments. Leveraging
advanced techniques such as the VGG16 architecture and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), we
attained an outstanding accuracy rate of 98.8%.
Our project involved several pivotal stages, including model training, segregation, scaling, and
refining. Through these processes, we developed a sophisticated model capable of discerning the
freshness status of oranges, distinguishing between fresh, ripe, and rotten fruits with remarkable
accuracy.
Motion Gesture Robo Car | IoT, Arduino, Design Building
The "Motion Gesture Robo Car" project employed two Nano Arduinos and integrated gyroscopes to
establish connections. One Arduino was mounted on the hand, while the gyroscope detected motion
along the x and y axes. By interpreting hand movements, values were assigned and transmitted via the
NRF24L01 module, functioning as both a transmitter and receiver.
For instance, a forward hand motion might correspond to a value like 0.7, which the Arduino processed
and relayed to the car's Arduino via the NRF24L01. Upon reception, the car's Arduino adjusted power
to the motor driver accordingly, granting varying power to the front and rear wheels for forward
movement or facilitating turns.
Additionally, the project incorporated a video camera for surveillance purposes, enhancing its
functionality beyond mere motion control.
Hospital Management System | Java, NetBeans IDE, DBMS, SQL
The project involved the utilization of Java and Netbeans to develop an Android application. This
application facilitated the management of patient-related data, including bill payments, doctor
details, and OPD registrations, all within a single interface.
Upon registration, users' data was securely stored on a centralized server. The app served as a
comprehensive platform for collecting and managing patient information, streamlining processes such
as bill payments, accessing doctor details, and facilitating OPD registrations.
