SHREDDING / PHYSICAL SANITIZATION
Our standardized policies, procedures, and training guarantee destruction exceeding mandatory legal guidelines.
Hard drive shredding is performed by trained technicians who have undergone background checks, signed
confidentiality agreements, and passed the government check. Our advanced shredder, which is self-contained
and self-powered in our warehouse, allows us to shred Hard Drives, SSDs, NVMe, USB, and flash media down
quickly and thoroughly. The process not only shreds the outer metal but, by forcing it through the cutters and screens,
it also dismantles the magnetic film, rendering it completely unrecoverable. We ensure your storage media devices are
destroyed, and you are always provided with a detailed certificate of destruction.

DATA SANITIZATION / LOGICAL DESTRUCTION


To protect information and personal data, the drives need to be permanently wiped. It is not enough to
simply erase the data by using traditional methods like deleting files or old-fashioned formatting.
Nowadays, deleted information can be recovered by smart data recovery software. We're providing
comprehensive data wipes as part of our services. We pledge to protect the data in the afterlife
of IT asset. Logical sanitization (NIST 800-88 purge) is the process that permanently deletes all
the data from the drive, making it irretrievable. This goes beyond simple formatting, especially
in cases where sensitive data is involved. In this process, the disk is not physically
destroyed, making it reusable for refurbishment and resale purposes.

Assessment & Recommendation:


The evaluation team delivers a reliable baseline for your IT asset recycling project. Prior to commencing, we always discuss
and provide a plan for IT asset disposition, onsite hard drive removal & secure data destruction, capturing serial numbers,
& inventorying the assets. It also includes discussing the recycling quote or us providing a financial return for your old IT asset.

Nationwide Logistics:
We collect and handle the equipment nationwide. The obsolete IT equipment is removed from the client's desk and
securely packed for safe transit. Premium packing material and techniques are used, so every item is safe and
sound during transportation. Items are loaded onto our customized trolleys, minimizing the overall time we
spend at your premises. Once collected, we are solely responsible for protecting hardware and the
confidential data inside hard drives.
Hard Drive Destruction:
We revolutionized data destruction with enhanced tracking capabilities throughout the process and offer a variety of secure
data destruction services to help our clients properly destroy confidential and sensitive information. Hard drives are shredded
under the video recording. We provide destruction certificates with the total count of the drives and evidence. We make sure
the confidential data is properly, permanently, and responsibly destroyed.

Asset Management:
Our technology-supported and modern warehouse is working on filing, scanning, and checking IT assets electronically into our
secured internal system. Any serial numbers, asset tags, and other stickers from clients are removed and destroyed in order to
secure the origin of the items. New individual barcode labels are generated and attached to each unit for further processing.
Our secured system also enables our clients to track the whole process and access reports anytime.
