Pattern of questions for written test
1. For Bachelor’s Degree level posts:
Duration: 3 Hours; Total Questions = 150; Total Marks = 175

Points to be noted:
1. The Question paper in each level will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)
only and for every question, there will be only one correct answer to be chosen from
the given options.
2. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. The negative marking to be
awarded for each wrong answer will be equivalent to 1/4th of the mark(s) allotted
for that question.
3. Selecting more than one option of a question will be treated as wrong answer and
will be awarded negative marking.
4. Question papers will be in the following languages – Assamese, Bengali, English,
Bodo and Hindi.
5. The number of questions mentioned in the above tables for different subjects or
topics are indicative and approximate. The actual number of questions in the
question paper may vary slightly, but the total number of questions will remain
same.
