Week 1 Student Habits

Ricardo Vega. Period:5

Assignment Part 1

My daily routine for school starts at 5:30 a.m. My alarm goes off at that time, but I give myself about
10 minutes to mentally prepare to get out of bed. By 5:40 a.m., I begin my day with a short
meditation session to sharpen my focus and clear my mind for the day ahead.
From 5:50 to 6:10, I take a quick shower and get dressed. At 6:15, I spend some time reviewing any
pending tasks or working on Project X*. Every minute counts, so I make sure to use this time
wisely. From 7:50 to 8:20, I walk to school, and during that walk, I listen to audiobooks or podcasts
on topics like advanced mathematics, philosophy, or personal development.
Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. and last until 3:30 p.m. During school, I often finish my assignments
faster than most of my classmates, which gives me extra time to dive into topics that interest me,
such as abstract algebra, cognitive psychology, or even tackling complex problems in physics. I
also break my intermittent fasting around 12:30 p.m., depending on the day.
Assignment 1

After school, I usually get home by 3:40 p.m. From 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., I focus on my
personal projects, including Project X*, studying mathematics, and learning new
languages (I’m currently focusing on French, English, and Chinese).
From 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., I engage in mental stimulation exercises like simultaneous
handwriting practice or solving challenging mathematical problems. Then, from 8:30 p.m.
to 9:30 p.m., I do light physical exercise followed by another short meditation session to
clear my mind.
Finally, at 10:00 p.m., I prepare for bed by organizing my things for the next day and
reviewing my task list. I aim to be asleep by 10:30 p.m. to ensure I get enough rest to
maintain high productivity levels.
