About PLIM - FinTech

PLIM is a platform to offer ‘buy now, pay later’ services for of elective aesthetic procedures,
not covered by Insurers –a niche market
These services are expensive, and need a regular upkeep with most clinics providing short
term payment plans or financial institutions offering credit facilities at very high interest rates
PLIM provides a unique experience to clients enabling more procedures, and discretion.
PLIM is significantly expanding target market for merchants by offering point of sale
financing in a specialized, convenient and app based environment.
PLIM provides this service in a holistic ecosystem which includes clinic ratings, promotions &
advertising platform for the merchants, and a wealth of reviews and other data of individuals
with disposable income globally.
PLIM platform outlining our case for a new, differentiated offering aimed at increasing
accessibility for consumers in the already burgeoning aesthetic procedure space.

This proposed fintech play straddles the broader buy now pay later segment on the one hand
and the beauty business on the other. Each in its own respect is a great place to be.

An app enabled registration for both patients and clinics on the front end with a holistic
Marketplace, and a robust Identity verification, credit analysis and admin back end will ensure
scale ability and easy deployment in any new market.

We are live in the UK & Switzerland since 2023. We have more than 800 clinics on our platform,
with 4000 customers, and BNPL subscriptions of more than GBP 1.5M in just 16 months.

Unique Mobile Commerce Solution

The platform is mobile based app, fully developed with easy to navigate interfaces for each
merchant & client, replicable globally.
The platform launched in the UK in 2023, expanding to Switzerland in 2024.
PLIM believes that it will have several realization opportunities.
The platform can also be developed into a complete, specialized healthcare credit and
payments service provider.

PLIM
Revenue Model
Clients and clinics from around the world can book & pay for selected procedures through
the PLIM platform. PLIM takes a discounted price of 15% from the clinics (or rebates). The client
will be charged the full amount, net of a 25% down payment and will then repay PLIM based
on an installment plan
• 5- 15% Rebate or Discount from clinic
• 25% down payment from client
In addition to the core revenue stream, PLIM will charge
• Onboarding fees – level to be determined based on research and surveys
• Late fees – level to be determined based on research and surveys, exact revenue
stream characterization will be based on regulatory restrictions
Transactions vary in ticket size and instalment tenor - From Botox to Surgeries, We provide
instalment plans of up to 12 months with ability to do instant financing.

Plim marketplace is designed to revolutionize the aesthetics market by providing a


streamlined, responsible, and tech-driven solution for both merchants and customers. Our
frictionless marketplace with integrated compliance, multi-channel customer acquisition,
and robust back-end empowers clinics to boost customer conversion and allows customers
to obtain safe, instant BNPL financing for the treatments they desire. The reward system
enables Clinics to participate & benefit in PLIM success.

Earning Points.
• 10 points at sign up.
• 20 points per clinic referral.
• 20 points per customer referral.
• 50 points for more than 5 successful transactions in 30 days.
• 100 points for PLIM tag on social media handles.

Cashing Points.
• 100 points : free advertising on PLIM Marketplace.
• 300 points: free tickets to top aesthetic exhibitions in UK & Europe.
