NOTE-
1. Class test will be conducted after completion of every 2 chapters.
2. Weightage of extra questions framed from within the chapter will be 20%.
3. Chapter – 9 (Conservation of Plants and Animals) & Chapter-16 (The Universe) can be given as project work
and are not to be tested.
4. Chapter-wise weightage can be increased/ decreased by 1 or 2 marks in the question paper, as per the
requirement.
5. Activities mentioned in the chapters to be performed in the classroom accordingly.
6. ATL TINKERING LAB activities to be performed systematically according to the standard of the students to
avoid rote memorization.

Points to Note
 There will be three Unit Tests in the Academic Session 2023-24. The marks of the best two tests will
be added in the grand total.
 Students will not be granted exemption from the Unit Test. In case if leave is required due to some
unavoidable circumstances same will be sanctioned by the Principal.
 In the Unit Test the weightage of question paper will be 30 Marks each in English, Hindi,
Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies
 Question Paper of G.K., Sanskrit, Computer will be 20 Marks.
