Company Code -

SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Financial Accounting -> Edit, Copy Delete, Check
Company code -> Execute (F8)

Click on Edit Copmany code data to create new company code.


Select reference company code and Click on copy –

Enter new company code details –

Enter address details –


Save the details in new request

Save request.

Click on Continue button (Enter).

New Transport request number created. Save it.


Company code created.
Click on Copy Delete, Check Company code data –

Click on copy org. object –

Enter From and To company code and click on continue button –

i.e. TM00 and TCS here


Continue clicking on Yes button -
System Error – (Need to explore)
Plant –

SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Logistics General -> Define Valuation Level

Valuation area is a Plant –

SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Logistics General -> Define copy, delete, check plant -
> Execute

Double click on Define plant –


Copy reference plant and create new Plant –
Save the data in Transport request –

Double click on copy delete check plant –


Click on Copy org. object –

Enter From and to Plant and click on continue –


Continue clocking on Yes button –

Save the details in respect transport request –


New Plant copied from existing plant.

Assignment –

Assign Plant to Company code –

Here TSC0 to company code to TCS0 Plant –

Path - SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment-> Logistics General-> Assign Plant to Company
code

Click on New entries –


Enter Company code and plant code –

Save the assignment –


Storage Location –

Path - SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Definition-> Materials management -> Maintain Storage
location

Enter respective plant –

Click on New Entries –

Add new storage location and save –


Purchasing Organization –

Path - SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Definition-> Materials management -> Maintain Purchasing
Organization -> Execute

Click on New Entries –

Enter the details and save –


Purchasing Organization type –
1. Cross company
2. Cross Plant
3. Standard
4. Reference

Path - SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Materials management -> Assign Purchasing
Organization to company code-> Execute
Path - SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Materials management -> Assign Purchasing
Organization to Plant -> Execute
Path - SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Materials management -> Assign Standard
Purchasing Organization to Plant -> Execute

Path - SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Materials management -> Assign Standard
Purchasing Organization to Reference P.Org.-> Execute
