you have to take care of it. Why is it that important? Well, simply because you need it for shiny hair
and strong bones. You need it to grow, get tall, and feel good. However, the question is: “how can
we take care of our health?”
The first thing is eating healthy and varied food. This means that, on the
one hand, you should eat different types of food, such as vegetables, fruits,
dairy products…..etc, because they contain a lot of vitamins. On the other
hand, you should avoid unhealthy food like junk food and packaged food. It’s
true that they are so tasty, but they are harmful for your health. Not only this, but you
also have to drink water and juice instead of soda. The latter is very dangerous as well.
To improve your health, the second thing you should do is exercise. In fact, it’s a good idea to
practise different types of sports regularly; at least three times per week. It’s not necessary to go to
the gym, but you can only do it at home, or rather walk in the forest or the street thirty minutes per
day. As you know, exercise makes people fit and in a good shape because it helps in
burning calories. So, if you exercise, you will be neither too fat nor too skinny.
Another crucial thing is implementing good habits in your daily life. This starts with
sleeping early and getting up early. It provides you with a fresh mind and makes you feel
great. However, staying up late and waking up late lead to dizziness and lack of focus. In
addition, make sure to have a clean body. In other words, you have to take a shower
regularly, always brush your teeth, and wash your hands, especially before eating! If you do this,
you will get rid of bacteria and diseases.
So, let’s all take care of our health, let’s do what is good for
it and avoid what is bad! Remember if you abide by all these
tips, you will never belong to those who suffer from many illnesses.
