completion of my internship, more important was the support by my family

ON-JOB-TRAINING (OJT) is the way to imply the Trainees his/her knowledge

and skills to an institution. Based on this program, he/she will be able to
determine and be prepared to real working world. This program will make huge
impact for students and they can make use of the things they have learned

The importance of OJT is to prepare the students to real working world. The

 Introduction

OJT is the part of college curriculum that aims to train and orient students about
work and their future career. It is a type of skill development where students
learn how to do the work through hands on experience. OJT is the method by
which students are exposed with different work situation designed to give
students an opportunity to experience and chance to apply the theories and
computation that they have learned from college. It also helps students to
acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work settings.

This training develops one’s personalize in dealing with people. When a student
is competent enough, she/he will be able to do things successfully..
 Company information

Situated at the prime location of Jhapa, Sample technical institute maintains

uniqueness in its brand and service as a professional computer institute in Nepal
since its establishment in 2070. It basically provides computer training in
programming languages like C/C++. It further puts its sincere efforts in
fulfilling the most demanded computer trainings like web design, graphics

 Internship description
My Role at SETI was to work with senior who used to work there from
starting phase in first few days they teach me what should be done and how.
In later I worked as they told , in some case if I did not solve the problem the
senior expert guided me. First few days I get bored because I have to reach in
office at 9 am and work until 5 pm. But after few days, I Started knowing
everyone and feel excited to go there .

If someone call on office and ask for a support I have to give that. I have to help
the Student if there is any problem too.Mainly Teaching the student was my
duty. Sometimes I also give the support to Other work.

At the End of OJT time, they offer me for a job, because I used to work there
with sincerity and honestly. I always do my best for work they assigned for that
they offered me job.. I am very happy with SETI.
 Overview of internship experience
During my internship experience with SETI. I used to be ready to help every
student I learnt and observed many things about computer software how to use
and co-ordinate and tried to satisfy them. While I get the free time I use to
consult with teacher about the use of new Computer Software I also tried to find
out about the Software I believe they're going to help me considerably within
the future. On the time of OJT . I got chance to know about the use of different
application software. I got the chance to meet different teachers and co-ordinate
with various institute at the time of OJT. I have got the chance to grow my self-
confidence.

In office time I also got to know what is the use of different software. Sometime
I have got the chance to go to the different colleges for the field visit with
students. and though I have became excellent at the pc and printer sector, there
are some fields which may need some more work on my side . And I am very
glad and thankful of the entire team of Sample Education & Technical Institute
PVT. Ltd .
 Project Work on OJT

 Recommendation
Through My half year experience and observation during my OJT program, I
have observed followings to be recommended.

To School-:

The OJT program is such a great platform for the students like me. I am
glad to be the part of such program. I had a great experience and think every
students will be honored and feel lucky to be a part of this . It gives us an
opportunity to make ourselves prepared to go into the working field and know
how to co-ordinate with the people around us. Since the technological world is
upgraded time to time and so large and challenging .I found that the OJT
program is short and I would recommend it to extend it a bit long then usual.
The concern of the institutions and the organizations on such program is less
receptive. Therefore, I find it is very essential for the concerned school
authorities to guide and support the students It is necessary to provide the
students proper guidance and checking time to time what the student are doing
. It is the responsibility of the school to show the right path and create a well-
trained and skilled manpower which can raise the name of the school.
 To Organization:

I feel the environment and the teacher of the organization very helpful
and supportive . I was properly guided and concerned. I was helped
and supported in every problems arise in the time of my OJT . It is
fearing and difficult to handle the instruments and to connect with
students without the experience and the proper guide. Thus, I feel I
was lucky in that case. I have been guided properly. I think it is not easy
for the student to go and connect with the new people and a new
environment so, I think organization should provide a better and a
friendly environment for the students like us. They should be properly
guided and monitored.

The students should be frequently trained about what is their work and
how they should be with others. A friendly environment can help us to
decrease our fear and raise our confidence.

On a whole the OJT program has really been a good experience for me. I was
able to see and relate the signals of my classroom knowledge with how things
go in practicality. I hope and find it recommendable to the upcoming Friends.
 Ongoing consideration
While I had many useful experiences at Sample Education & Technical
Institute PVT LTD. I feel that I have a lot of things to learn about and I have to
be more self-confident and be more adaptive to learn many more things. I think
it is necessary for us to connect with the new people and be confident to express
our points. For Future work it is very necessary to practice and revise the things
which we learn already. The problem that i faced taught me a lot and now I
planned that to practice the things which I learn before and in OJT period. And
build my confidence level on my Work.
 In conclusion
In this "Era of Technology" I am glad to be the part of SETI .I got the chance
to learn about different things &use of different new technology.As we all know
how much we are involved in technology.We cann't imagine our daily life
without the use of technology.

So,the ojt program helped me and many more students like me to know more
about technology being used .Technology is changing day by day so we need
to be more adaptive day by day. This ojt program helped us to learn many things
related to technology. I got chance to build my confidence.
